Intensive Co-Parenting Skills Training (coming soon)
Common Ground Family Services is in the process of developing curriculum for a new program which will provide Intensive Co-Parenting Skills Training to teach positive and effective communication and co-parenting skills to small groups of co-parenting couples (no more than two or three at a time).
Co-parenting Skills Training will help parents learn how to avoid the normal pitfalls that befall many parents who struggle with making joint decisions and who get caught up in a pattern of dysfunctional and destructive interactions. Small Group Facilitators at Common Ground Family Services will train divorced parents and co-parenting couples how to mediate their differences on their own in the best interest of their children while keeping their children out of the middle of their parental conflicts.
